Pied-À-Terre in Athens by Vana Krimnioti
Urban Retreat is a contemporary pied-à-terre in the heart of Athens, conceived as a warm and intimate refuge within a striking wooden cube. Designed by Vana Krimnioti, the space balances urban sophistication with a sense of quiet comfort, offering a refined escape from the city’s rhythm.
The project was published in ek_magazine and captured through the lens of George Messaritakis, with construction by Doriki Techniki. Carefully curated furniture pieces by Deloudis featuring CASSINA , VITRA, EDRA, RITZWEL, ACERBIS DESIGN are complemented by atmospheric lighting by FLOS, while artworks by Eugenia Vereli and Constantine Moux add a subtle cultural layer to the interior narrative.
