Details
This project consists of two contemporary residences in Glyfada, Greece, defined by clean lines, deep balconies, and a restrained material palette. Vertical louvers shape the façades, offering privacy and solar control while creating a dynamic play of light and shadow.
The interiors are designed as open, fluid spaces that extend toward terraces and landscaped gardens, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Warm materials and soft lighting balance the modern geometry, while orientation and shading respond carefully to the Mediterranean climate. The result is a calm, refined residential environment attuned to its coastal context.
