Our History

Deloudis SA has been specializing in the area of designer furniture in Greece for more than 50 years. Deloudis SA  is the representative of Arclinea, B&B Italia, Cassina, Poliform, Flos, Herman Miller, Knoll, Vitra, Henge and Edra among many others.

Founded in 1972 Deloudis was the first company worldwide to import and represent B&B Italia and Cassina. Deloudis has presented many well known architects and designers to the Greek public, such as Piero Lissoni, Patricia Urquiola, Michael Anastassiades, Alessandro Mendini, Jasper Morrison, Marc Newson, Ettore Sotsaas, Borek Sipek, Marcel Wanders and William Sawaya to name a few.

Since the beginning Deloudis SA has developed a uniquely diversified portfolio, covering the needs of the home, kitchen and office.  Apart from operating flagship stores for B&B Italia and Cassina, there is a dedicated space for kitchens as well as Poliform and Fendi Casa shop-in-shops.

In terms of physical presence, Deloudis SA operates 7 showrooms and self-owned corporate warehouses of 5000 sqm, where essential management and coordination of the company takes place.

The company occupies 40 employees along with 15 exceptionally trained fitters.

The coordinated image profile of the showrooms, has solidified the image of absolute aesthetics in the Greek public’s mind that follows the principles of minimalism, functionality and high quality. With a high level of presentation in each store and with a great emphasis in aesthetics and visual merchandising, Deloudis SA contributes to the promotion and knowledge of design culture.

Throughout the years Deloudis SA has won many prizes and awards. The most distinguished was in 2007, when the President of the Italian Republic, Mr. John Napolitano, awarded Mr. John Deloudis, for his contribution in design and made the company a member of the International Honorary Council of Altagamma.

A further distinction was bestowed on the company in 2009, when, in recognition of more than 35 years of holding the prestigious title of being the leading company in the design field, Deloudis SA was honored by the Italian ambassador in Athens.

During the past decade the company has been running under the management of Mr. Konstantinos Deloudis. Throughout this time the company has developed and grown in line with an ever changing design market. The company has further enriched its portfolio with world leading design brands including, Poliform, Vitra, Knoll, Cappellini, Arflex, Thonet, Gebrüder Thonet, de Sede, Artek, Hay, Muuto, ICF, Unifor, Vipp, Cesar, Salvatori, Henge, Fendi Casa, Louis Poulsen, Lasvit, Venini, Bocci, Ritzwell, Tribù, Exteta and Gloster, among many others and has opened its first store abroad in Limassol, Cyprus. The company also reopened the historic Deloudis store, in Kolonaki, which was the first showroom the company opened in 1972, as a Cassina monobrand, as well as a new store in Thessaloniki, an expansion of the office store, a dedicated space for kitchens, Poliform and Fendi Casa branded spaces.

Experimentation and willingness of the new generation of management of the company to keep up with current trends led to the launch of Delood.com, an online design destination, for those seeking inspiration on the latest design and architecture trends. Also the launch of Deloudis e-shop which is offering design news and ideas as well as a carefully curated selection of our best selling pieces and all current trends of the design world.
