Gloster’s roots can be traced back to West Africa in 1960 when a band of passionate entrepreneurs and furniture makers took the first steps on a long journey. By the late 1980s, increased demand and access to plantation-grown teak led them to move the factory to Indonesia. The hardwood benchmark for fine outdoor furniture for over 700 years, with a beautiful glossy sheen or soft natural finish, each piece of teak is sourced from carefully managed plantations and thoroughly inspected to ensure quality lasts.
